Question: Can other people read the documents I send to RoboBraille?
Answer: No one is able to read the documents which you send to RoboBraille. Your document will be deleted from the server as soon as RoboBraille has processed it.
Question: Why am I not getting an e-mail back from RoboBraille?
Answer: If RoboBraille is unable to process your request, you will always receive a reply which explains why. RoboBraille will often recommend that you send the document in another format, or ask you to split the file into smaller files first.
The e-mail from RoboBraille may have ended up in your junk mail. Your spam filter might also be set too high. If so, you should contact your Internet service provider.
Question: Why is RoboBraille unable to translate my PDF file?
Answer: If RoboBraille responds to your PDF file conversion request with the error message "wrong file format", then it is likely that the name of your document is either too long or contains special characters. Attempt to rename your document. Provide a shorter title consisting of no more than 26 English letters or numbers and resubmit the document.
